We have worked with Joe Klinger and his team on a number of projects, from several new store interior fit-outs (five new stores in 2017 only) to a warehouse reconfiguration, to maintenance projects and to national rollouts.
Each project was carried out with a high level of attention to detail, quality and workmanship, regardless of size of project. Schedule and budget were of paramount importance - this was critically important for the new stores, which were all able to open on the scheduled dates.
Throughout the projects Joe’s team kept us constantly updated with onsite progress and developments and any site issues were solved in a proactive way, with solutions developed to best fit the actual context, making sure there is minimal or no impact at all to the store operations. Joe has a very good understanding of the retail world and this is clearly taken into account when planning and managing the projects, to our, the client’s, benefit.
